Support Worker (Complex Care)
Location: Norwich
Hourly Pay: £13.65 per hour (weekends £14.18)
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 7:30 am – 7:30 pm
Full & Part-Time hours available
Sonderwell is looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our team and care for a 19-year-old client with complex medical needs in a family home setting. You’ll receive full training and shadowing to ensure you feel confident in your role.
Your Role:
- Provide clinical and personal care to the client
- Support a variety of stimulating activities throughout the day
- Build a positive relationship with the client
- Travel to the client's location, a car would be helpful
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in care, especially with children or young adults (e.g., teaching assistants, foster carers, care professionals)
- Empathy, energy, and a sense of humor
- Good communication and writing skills
- Access to a car (due to location)
