Your responsibilities will include:Liaising with the Court Clerk to book Court hearings.Submitting a high volume of reports (substance testing, assessment, and Court updates) to the Court and parties involved in care proceedings.Maintaining accurate records of report submissions.Typing up and submitting notes from non-lawyer FDAC hearings and meetings to the Court and relevant parties.Ensuring timely and cost-effective provision and maintenance of resources.Carrying out financial administration tasks, including raising purchase orders.Supporting the team with the collection and recording of quantitative and qualitative data.You will be an integral part of a specialist team working with parents and children, requiring effective communication with parents, children, and professionals. Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with partner agencies will be essential. This role is vital in enabling the team to perform effectively.About youYou have proven experience in business support roles and thrive in a fast paced, changing environment.You are good with numbers and have a keen eye for detail, comfortable using computer systems and can navigate various software with ease.You have strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to connect effectively with parents, children, and professionals.You work well with different groups of people, building and maintaining strong relationships and can adapt to various situations.You are a team player who can also work independently as in this role, you will be the backbone of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.You can accurately record meeting notes, ensuring nothing is missed.When applying please ensure your supporting statement covers how you fulfil the essential criteria set out in the person specification as this will be used for shortlisting.
