Closing date: 23rd February 2025Interview process: MTC training will invite you to an initial interview with them.Candidates who are successful will be invited to an assessment day on 17th March or 21st March at our site in Burton Latimer.The recipe!We are looking for an Engineering Apprentice to join our Weetabix Team.As an Engineering Apprentice, you will embark on a journey to become a highly skilled engineer by acquiring a diverse range of technical skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience. Through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training, you will support the delivery of innovative engineering solutions and contribute to the success of our projects. This role is designed to prepare you for professional qualifications in engineering and to develop your potential as a future leader in the industry. (Please note the responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive)The purpose of this role is Attend all relevant training and complete required coursework Gain hands-on engineering experience working alongside and under the supervision Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge in line with the apprenticeship program Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of engineering systems and equipment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation Prepare and present reports on maintenance tasks, project progress and outcomes
