As an Application Support Manager, you will be responsible for delivering 24/7 technical support aligned with service agreements. This involves logging, investigating, and rectifying incidents and problems on customer-supported systems. You will manage the applications team, plan and schedule all deployments across various environments, and mentor team members to ensure professional growth and high performance. By overseeing the day-to-day running of application systems and collating application tickets, you will assist in developing fixes and improving system efficiencies, ultimately enhancing our service delivery.
Hours of Work: Required to work flexibly between the hours of 8am and 5.30 pm mon-fri with a 24/7 on-call support rota required.
Salary : Circa �50k
Application Support Manager Requirements:
* Proven experience in application support management.
* Strong understanding of ITIL or other best practice frameworks.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
* Ability to oversee deployments and manage incidents efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
