Job Title: Community Psychiatric Nurse (Band 6)
Location: Manchester
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: �26 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse and play a key role in improving the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges. In this role, you will:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with mental health conditions.
* Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
* Provide therapeutic interventions to support recovery and manage symptoms effectively.
* Offer crisis intervention and risk management strategies to ensure patient safety.
* Liaise with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and support services to deliver holistic care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with NHS standards and guidelines.
* Offer support and guidance to families and caregivers to promote overall well-being.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid NMC registration and pin.
* Previous experience working as a CPN or in community mental health settings.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The contract is for an initial 3-month period with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
