We are currently looking for anEnrolment Officer to join our London team. We are looking for candidates who are willing to travel across London whenever required.
Purpose of the role
As an Enrolment Officer, you will re-engage with customers needing support to get back into work and enrol them onto our Employability Programme. Your role will involve building partnerships, conducting initial screenings, and providing ongoing support to ensure participants are job-ready. You will play a crucial part in transforming lives and helping shape futures.
Your impact:

Communication: Send out weekly communications to external partners with current vacancies, opportunities, and training to increase referrals for our job-ready customers.
Partnership Building: Source and build partnerships with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies.
First Point of Contact: Provide promotional and informative overviews of Get Set UK services, gaining participant commitment to focus on their employment journey.
Screening: Conduct initial screening checks for eligibility criteria on various programs.
Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and external provisions to promote Get Set services.
Customer Support: Provide authority and support to customers, enabling them to feel more confident and empowered.
Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and motivate others to develop industry-specific knowledge and skills.
Signposting: Direct participants to a range of organisations for assistance with health, drug and alcohol, housing, and finance advice.
Service Quality: Deliver a high-quality service in line with Get Set UK's delivery model, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all aspects of service delivery.
Awareness Creation: Create awareness among employers about our company's vision of equal opportunities and values.
Feedback: Provide customers with constructive feedback to help them improve and prepare for the dynamic work environment.
Support: Provide support to stakeholders to sustain employment through good practices and overcome barriers.

Core responsibilities:

Partner Communication: Maintain regular communication with external partners to facilitate referrals.
Eligibility Checks: Ensure all participants meet eligibility criteria for various programs.
Customer Empowerment: Support customers to feel more confident and prepared for their employment journey.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and external organisations to enhance service delivery.
Feedback and Improvement: Continuously provide and seek feedback to improve service quality and customer readiness.
Compliance: Adhere to all compliance and accuracy standards in service delivery.

Who we seek:

Experience with Vulnerable Groups: Experience in supporting vulnerable client groups such as young care leavers and asylum seekers.
Understanding Challenges: Ability to understand the challenges faced by vulnerable groups, including those with mental health conditions, substance misuse issues, offending behaviour histories, and homelessness.
Needs Assessment: Experience in assessing individual needs and tailoring support plans accordingly.
Multi-Agency Work: Proven experience working with multiple agencies.
Caseload Management: Ability to manage your own caseload and time effectively.
IT Competency: Competent in using IT systems to record visit updates.
Target Driven: Experience working in a target-driven environment and exceeding expectations.
Diary Management: Good diary management skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook 365, and Excel.
