As a College Services and Admissions Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the administration of our student life cycle. Your responsibilities will span both Student Support and Admissions, making your position crucial to the smooth operation of our College. From organising student arrivals and coordinating the College's Airport Meet and Greet Service to ensuring efficient application assessments and promoting an engaging enrolment process, your proactive, high-energy approach and outstanding customer service skills will make you an invaluable asset to our cross-functional team.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends required.
College Services and Admissions Officer Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.
* Customer service training (Desirable).
* Strong background in a busy customer-oriented environment, including face-to-face, phone, and email interaction.
* Excellent administration skills with a solid understanding of file management.
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
