A leading outpatient pharmacy in West London is looking for a skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the service.
The hospital specialises in outstanding cancer care services and its on-site outpatient pharmacy plays an enhanced role, supporting patients with their ongoing treatment and in managing symptoms and pain at home (or wherever is most comfortable) to the greatest extent possible.
As a Pharmacist Manager , you will lead the pharmacy's dispensary team - coordinating team activities, ensuring the safe and efficient screening and supply of medicines, and providing pharmaceutical counselling and advisory services to patients and colleagues as part of an optimised, patient-centred approach to cancer care.

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5h) role for a Pharmacist Manager .

Person specification :
* ( Essential ) Registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacist
* ( Essential ) Senior-level experience in a high-volume, fast-paced dispensing environment
* ( Essential ) Ability to effectively lead and support the development of a multi-disciplinary pharmacy team
* ( Highly desirable ) Specific professional experience within an outpatient pharmacy setting
