If you are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for bringing a smile to the plate, then we want to hear from you! What you'll do:Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless check-in process.Maintain a tidy and well-presented reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of our workplace.Manage incoming and outgoing post, courier services, and deliveries.Support visitor and meeting room management, ensuring spaces are clean, stocked, and ready for use.Set up and turn over meeting rooms, ensuring they are properly arranged, equipped, and ready for meetings.Coordinate food orders for meeting rooms that have been pre-arranged with different teams, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.Assist with office security by ensuring compliance with visitor protocols, issuing passes, and monitoring guest access.Liaise with building management and security teams to ensure smooth daily operations.Handle incoming requests and support desk tickets related to front-of-house operations in a timely manner.Provide administrative support to the Workplace Team, including scheduling, reporting, and document management.Assist with workplace initiatives, events, and staff engagement activities.Support the coordination of emergency procedures, including fire drills and evacuations.Proactively identify ways to improve front-of-house operations, visitor experience, and overall workplace efficiency.Maintain inventory of front desk supplies, including stationery, visitor badges, and refreshments.Assist with internal office moves, desk allocations, and layout adjustments when required.What you'll bring:Passionate about delivering outstanding service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and staff, with a friendly and professional demeanour.Excellent verbal and written communication, with an effective telephone manner and the ability to converse confidently with people at all levels, including senior leaders and international visitors.Able to respond quickly to challenges, use logical and creative thinking to resolve issues, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and monitor performance levels.Capable of adjusting work schedules and approaches to meet changing demands, with a proactive and positive outlook.Comfortable using technology and workplace systems, with a desire to continually learn and enhance knowledge of clients, systems, and the workplace.It’s desired that the candidate is able to use Monday.com, Envoy and slack comfortably.Able to handle sensitive information and situations with discretion, maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times.Demonstrated experience in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of delivering exceptional customer journeys.Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance in all aspects of the role.Always maintains a professional and immaculate personal appearance, representing the organisation's high standards.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
