As a Hair and Beauty Tutor, you will play a key role in providing accredited Level 1 and Level 2 courses in Hair and Beauty, offering valuable skills and experience to learners within HMP/YOI Peterborough.You will lead engaging and structured training sessions, ensuring that all learning is delivered to a high standard while maintaining adherence to security procedures and policies. You will be responsible for assessing learner progress, managing resources within the salon environment, and ensuring safe working practices. Additionally, you will support learners in developing their self-confidence and employability, helping them to gain qualifications and practical experience that can lead to meaningful opportunities upon release.This is a rewarding role that offers the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals looking to rebuild their futures.
