Main Responsibilities
Lead the operational management of community Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services, ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
Drive the development and implementation of innovative, evidence-based care standards to ensure continuous improvement and optimal outcomes.
Manage and develop a diverse and talented multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
Oversee financial performance, ensuring efficient use of resources, effective budget management, and achievement of financial targets.
Collaborate across the Trust and with external partners to deliver integrated care pathways that improve patient flow and outcomes.
Champion clinical governance, risk management, and service quality, ensuring compliance with Trust and national standards.
Lead service reviews and improvements, identifying areas for development and ensuring services are resourced and supported through business planning.

The Ideal Candidate
Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
HCPC Registered Allied Health Professional.
Senior-level management experience, including people and financial resource management.
Proven track record in managing diverse and complex operational services.
Experience in service development, facilitating change, and working within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong business planning, budget management, and policy/procedure writing experience.
Project management experience.
Ability to analyse data, use evidence-based practices, and implement benchmarking.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and balance competing demands.
Ability to travel within Swindon/Wiltshire and occasionally nationwide.
Willingness to participate in the Trust’s on-call rota.
A driving license and access to a car for work purposes will be required for this role
