The Wallace Collection is located in the heart of Manchester Square, serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea daily within a stunning courtyard setting.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide the customer with an exemplary and motivating experience, and take pride in their work.
Package DescriptionRate of Pay: £12.50 per hour plus gratuity
Working Hours: 11:00-17:00 5 days a week.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will welcome and assist guests when they arrive for their dining experience at The Wallace in a friendly and professional way ·
To answer the phone with a polite and professional manner, taking bookings and answering queries in a timely manner · This is also a very hands on role and you will also assist the team in peak periods of the day, support with clearing and turning tables around may be required.

Experience as a receptionist and administrator is essential
We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment, delivering high standards, with an excellent telephone manner, sound listening skills and a friendly and professional demeanour.
If you embody exceptional customer service skills, have an ability to problem solve and use your own initiative and enjoy meeting new people we would love to hear from you!
