Your Role as Early Years Assistant Manager:
In this key leadership role, you will:
* Work collaboratively with the nursery management team to inspire and lead staff in delivering high-quality, inclusive early years education and care.
* Act as a role model, demonstrating sensitive and responsive interactions to extend children's learning experiences.
* Ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met and maintained.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).
* Post-qualification experience in early education, childcare, or a similar environment.
* Strong written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear reports, child protection/safeguarding documentation, and business correspondence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other computer tools for report writing and administrative tasks.
* Leadership abilities - the capability to inspire, motivate, and set high standards for both yourself and your team.
* An enhanced DBS check (if your current certificate is not subscribed to the update service).

* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Hours: 35 hours per week, term-time only
