What you’ll do:
Proactive Customer Focus and Communication: The role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels and ensuring the service offering is continuously improved.
Health, Safety, and Compliance: The person must ensure that the area is compliant with Health and Safety, environmental procedures, and site rules, along with understanding AZ SHE/GxP procedures and issuing Permits to Work.
Independent and Efficient Work Ethic: Ability to work on their own initiative, remain efficient and flexible, and demonstrate reliability and a commitment to skill development.
Maintenance and Problem-Solving: The role involves identifying basic maintenance issues, diagnosing problems, and proposing practical solutions, sometimes under pressure or in live situations, while adhering to established guidelines.
Contractor and Service Management: Responsible for managing multiple contractors, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other service providers, ensuring they meet the required standards and deadlines.
What you bring:
Customer-Focused Service Delivery: Experience providing service bundles through a multi-skilled workforce to prestigious organizations, with a strong emphasis on meeting customer requirements and service levels.
Compliance and Safety Knowledge: Relevant qualifications and training (or actively working towards) to ensure services are delivered in line with legal and safety standards, such as ladder, edge protection inspections, and Permit to Work.
Effective Communication and Feedback Handling: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, handle feedback calmly, and challenge ideas constructively in confrontational situations.
Time Management and Multitasking: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize work, and demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and service expectations.
Resilience and Initiative: Proactive, resilient, and capable of working independently, with a flexible, can-do attitude focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
