Technology Business PartnerLocation: Hybrid - Nottingham (as required)Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annumWe’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Business Partner to join our Digital, Data and Technology department at the Acuity Care Group. Your role would be to act as the key link between our service delivery teams, central functions, and Digital, Data, and Technology Team. This is crucial in driving technology adoption, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless digital integration across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with operational and central function teams to understand their needs and challenges.Technology Adoption: Lead the implementation of technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs to facilitate user adoption of new systems and technologies.Process Optimisation: Create process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Data Interpretation: Analyse data to provide insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.System Proficiency: Quickly learn and effectively utilize systems such as PeoplePlanner, PASS, Microsoft Excel, and various dashboard tools.Skills and Experience Required:Experience: Proven experience in a managerial or higher role within the social care sector.IT Competency: Strong aptitude for learning and configuring SaaS platforms; while this is not a technical role, a solid understanding of technology is essential.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively across the UK as required.Process Mapping: Experience in creating process maps and developing SOPs.Training Delivery: Experience in designing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences.Personal Attributes:Proactive: Takes initiative and is self-motivated.Adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment undergoing significant change.Collaborative: Works effectively with cross-functional teams.Problem-Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWhat next?If you have the skills and experience listed above for this role, please pop us over your CV through the job link!We will be in touch to discuss the role in more detail as soon as possible, go through some screening questions with you.
