As a Relief Team Leader, you will champion and drive our Operational Excellence programme. You will develop and implement Visual Standards and Lean Methods, while evaluating Lean Maturity and creating actionable plans to bridge gaps. You'll facilitate our strategy deployment plan aligned with strategic goals, develop a community of EDPS and DMAIC sponsors, and collaborate with suppliers to maximise operational benefits. With your data-driven approach, you will lead effective data capture methods, analyse data to align projects with key priorities, and ensure project success by identifying and removing blockers. Your focus will be on delivering results and supporting your colleagues through coaching and mentoring.
Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent
Relief Team Leader Requirements:
* Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and methods.
* Proven leadership skills with a record of coaching and developing others.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and removing blockers.
* Experience in facilitating and delivering operational improvement projects.
* Ability to align initiatives with strategic goals and deliver them on time.
