Our Hillingdon service provides 24-hour support to people between the ages of 16 and 25, promoting and developing independent living skills which will enable young people to move on into their own tenancies successfully. As a Bank Support Worker joining the team, you will work with the young people using a person-centred approach allowing people to be involved and invested in their own support. You will work alongside other agencies to ensure that the young people in our service receive the appropriate support tailored to their needs.You will have a people focus, with strong communication and listening skills.
