As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will be instrumental in assisting the Warehouse Management Team with both early and late shift operations. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities including achieving operational objectives, leading a dynamic warehouse team, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will manage employee absences and disciplinary actions while occasionally covering night shifts. Training will be provided to ensure you understand all warehouse processes from stock management to vehicle loading.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts of 6:00am - 3:00pm and 2:00pm - 11:00pm, changing every 4 - 6 weeks.
Assistant Warehouse Manager Requirements:
* Experience in a similar warehouse management role.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Confidence with the ability to take responsibility.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing demands.
* FLT Counterbalance certificate is required.
Assistant Warehouse Manager Benefits:
* Up to �37,500 per annum, depending on experience
