The Role for a Maintenance Engineer:
* Perform planned and reactive maintenance on complex manufacturing equipment.
* Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to keep operations running smoothly
* Play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability
* Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance

What My client are Looking for in a Maintenance Engineer:
* Multi-skilled engineer with electrical and mechanical experience in an automated manufacutring environment
* NVQ Level 3, or equivalent in Engineering
* Proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving
