Chef Manager - Hemel HempsteadUp to £37,500 per annum (DOE)Monday to Friday role!We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our 14forty team in Hemel Hempstead.Services provided are breakfast, lunch and vending.Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:Leading the Chef team to provide excellent quality lunch offerUnderstand and deliver all contractual termsAnalyse and effectively manage all in unit costsServe on the counter and operate the till during service timesMonitor and manage GPEnsure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintainedAll food wastage is recorded and minimisedEnsure that all HSE incidents are correctly reported and investigated with relevant reviews of work procedures.Liaise with client to ensure an innovative and create offerEnsure all food prepared, cooked, and presented to the required standards and portion specifications Manage the processing of food orders, the receipt and storage of deliveries Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment Perform other general tasks to support effective food service delivery as reasonably requested About YouStrong culinary background essentialPrevious management experience in a Chef Manager role including client managementPrevious contract catering experience idealStrong financial awarenessAbout UsIntegrated facilities management services with a purpose.We’re here to make workplaces better, cultivating working environments that energise, inspire and attract talent across all sectors.
