We are now seeking an Assurance Manager to join our team in Belfast. 

 What you’ll do:


Accountable for ensuring that suitable systems and processes are in place to ensure statutory and operational compliance requirements are achieved across the client estate.
Coordinate workflows across teams so that asset information received from capital and revenue projects/activities is processed correctly to inform PPM schedules and compliance requirements.
Responsible for undertaking and coordinating competency reviews of contractors and for ensuring contractors adhere to prescribed procedures and processes such as permit to work, signing-in, maintenance standards, and provision of documentation.
Create and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders, delivering effective business communication including advice, review, leadership and contribution to management and team meetings, including both formal and ad-hoc reporting;
Deliver reports on statutory and operational compliance as required to the client.


What you bring:



Membership of a relevant professional body, e.g. CIOB, RICS, IWFM, CIBSE CIAT, RIBA etc.


Clear understanding of statutory compliance requirements.


Up to 5 years’ experience delivering facility maintenance in a custody environment.


Clear understanding of relevant current and future legislative and regulatory requirements


Demonstratable ability to prioritise and problem-solve technical issues, often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions as required.


Strong planning and coordination abilities.


Awareness of and ability to deliver contractual requirements such as audit and reporting.


Current valid driving license and access to a car
