The whole school sits within a single, stunning 70-acre campus, with excellent facilities for staff and pupils.The RoleReporting to the Finance Manager this role is part of a team of three Finance Administrators who play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations of the school through ensuring smooth financial processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the financial needs of the Academy.The Finance Administrator’s role will primarily support all billing and invoicing activities, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.Key responsibilities include:Processing and managing tuition payments, fees, and other financial transactions.Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and producing reports as needed.Coordinating with other departments to ensure financial needs are met.Handling billing inquiries from parents, fee payers and staff in a timely and professional manner.Ensuring compliance with school policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.The successful candidate will be educated to Accounting Technician / HND or equivalent level in a relevant subject.Previous experience within a school or education specific finance environment is desirable but not essential. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. HoursNormal hours of work will be 35 hours per week. This is an all-year round position.Salary & BenefitsSalary range will be £24,404 - £30,109 per annum.
