You will be looking after a range of events from the planning to post-event follow up and will be the main client contact dealing with all catering requirements. Principal contact between QEII Taste and the client, selling, developing, organising and managing C&E cateringBuilding great relationships with clients, whilst maximising all business opportunities through upselling; including follow up calls with clients to ensure satisfactionMonitor all standards of service, particularly food qualityResponsible for all client meetings, whether face-to-face or virtual.
