Job Opportunity: Microsoft 365/Power Apps Developer (Fully Remote), Contract role

Pay Rate: �23 - �34 per hour (paid via Umbrella)
Working Hours: 30-37.5 hours per week, 4 or 5 days per week

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client, a large NHS Hospital Trust, as a Microsoft 365 Developer/Power App Developer, with the added flexibility of working completely remotely! The service are seeking a talented individual to join them for a 3-6 month contract starting in February 2025. As part of their team, you'll support the development, integration, and management of Microsoft 365 applications and services, driving efficiency and streamlining workflows across the Trust.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Automation, Software Development, and Integration, to design and implement tailored M365 solutions. If you have experience with Microsoft 365, Power Apps, and other M365 components and are passionate about making a difference in healthcare, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with teams across the Trust to integrate M365 applications into existing systems and processes.
* Customise and extend M365 tools, including Teams, Power Automate, PowerBI, and Dataverse to optimize workflows.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure solutions are robust, efficient, and effective.
* Stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in M365 to propose innovative solutions.
* Document all technical tasks and developments clearly and ensure comprehensive testing before deployment.
* Lead the adoption of M365 solutions within the business, facilitating discovery sessions and implementation across multiple teams.

Skills and Experience:

* Essential:

* Experience with M365 services, including Teams, Power Platform, and associated technologies.
* Proven experience as an M365 Developer or similar technical role.
* Strong knowledge of developing custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
* Strong understanding of information security and compliance principles in the M365 ecosystem.
* Ability to identify opportunities for change and improvements in processes.

* Desirable:

* Experience with NHS applications such as ESR, ERS, PAS, EPR, TRAC, NHS Jobs.
* Familiarity with integrating M365 services with third-party systems and applications.
* Previous experience in a public sector IT environment, particularly within healthcare.
