We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Rota Coordinator/Admin lead to support our Healthcare service within Police Custody. This role involves managing complex staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage across multiple locations, and providing efficient administrative support to the team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining staff rotas, coordinating shift cover, and ensuring compliance with working time regulations.
