As a Graduate Environmental & Sustainability Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting sustainability efforts across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:

* Support Compliance: Assist in ensuring all projects comply with environmental legislation, consents, permits, and sustainability goals.
* Risk Assessment: Help conduct environmental risk assessments and contribute ideas to reduce environmental impacts on-site.
* Collaboration: Work alongside project teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to support sustainability initiatives.
* Data Management: Monitor and report on environmental performance, keeping records up to date and accurate.
* Audits & Inspections: Assist with regular site audits and inspections to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience: Any hands-on experience through a placement, internship, or general work experience in an environmental or sustainability role is advantageous.
* Proactive Mindset: Eager to learn and contribute to sustainability practices with a self-motivated approach.
* Communication Skills : Good verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with teams and partners.
* Organised & Detail-Oriented: Ability to stay organised and maintain accurate records while supporting environmental compliance.
