Soft Services ManagerLocation: Kingston Upon ThamesSalary: £44,000 & range of excellent employee benefitsPermanent – Onsite – 40 Hours per Week Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:00 (flexibility on occasion to support some service delivery)This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Soft Services Manager to join our established team working with our prestigious client on an iconic account at their Campus in Kingston Upon Thames.You will be managing 20 staff across a number of functions including Reception, Housekeeping, Goods In, Fitness Centre, and the business support centre. helping to deliver operational excellence across our fabulous corporate client site.You will manage the services to specification, performance, and financial targets.You will work as part of a fabulous onsite team ensuring high standards of service, customer satisfaction, complying with procedures, health & safety and all legislative requirements.You will be responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety and the Environment within your scope of workAbout YouExperience of customer service and in particular business to business customer relationship managementPro-active attitude and flexibility regarding duties and working hoursStrong organisational and planning skillsExperience of delivering to targets to achieve quality standards, customer satisfaction and profit marginsIT literate to provide/monitor data within the Quality Assurance and other management reporting systemsDemonstrable success in developing and delivery stock control mechanismsMust always be approachable and a people personThe ability to communicate clearly is essentialExperience of delivering financial targetsComfortable providing presentationsExperience with disciplinariesStrong interest in fitness & gymDesirable Qualifications:Health & Safety QualificationWhat we offerWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
