Pipefitter/Welders - TIG
Location: Telford
Contract Duration: 4-5 Months
Pay Rate: �27.00 - �28.00 per hour (DOE)
Extra �3 on Saturdays + �4 on Sundays
Contract Type: Ltd Co. (outside IR35) or CIS
47 hours p/w (Monday-Friday) Potential overtime availability
About the Role:
Our client is a leading UK Engineering, projects, and installations company, managing large EPC projects for major blue chip FMCG manufacturers UK wide. They are recruiting for Site Welder Pipefitters, for an initial 4-5-month contract, with the likelihood of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* TIG welding of stainless steel, focusing on thin-walled pipes for the food industry.
* Jacketed pipework
* Simple brackets and flanges
* Reading engineering drawings and ensuring precise installations.
* Performing pressure testing and maintaining hygienic standards for food-grade work.
* Ensuring adherence to site safety protocols.
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience as a Pipefitter/Welder in food manufacturing/process plant environments.
* Valid CSCS/CCNSG/JIB card (SPA Passport preferred but not essential).
* Personal welding plant and weld mask.
* Ability to pass a weld test
