Autism Anglia is an independent charity that provides care and support to autistic children, adults and their families in East Anglia.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the team at Head Office.Job title: Community Liaison AdministratorReports to: Lead Community LiaisonHours of Work: Monday to Friday 20 Hours a Week, school hours and flexible working consideredPlace of work: Head OfficeAutism Anglia is a well-established charity providing direct provision for people within the Autistic Spectrum from pre-school to adults. We provide a range of services to enable autistic people to live as independently as possible and experience choice and inclusion in society. The Role:To assist with all the administration of the Community Service Department. You will be responsible for responding to client enquiries, accurately recording client information, filing, analysing and processing bookings, signpost, organise community group meet ups, updating database/spreadsheet information and providing management information reports.Responding to client enquiries and requests from external sources.Using the charity’s databases and spreadsheets to record and log client records and bookings.Support with administration tasks as required for service improvements.Ensuring client information and all records on the database up to date.Delivering high quality support.SignpostingVenue bookingSupporting the team in general administration dutiesAttending promotional events and drop-in groups as and when requiredCollation of data for completing reportsManaging diaries for members of the teamScheduling meetings and taking minutesApplications are welcome from applicants who:Have Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) to a Grade A-CExperience of providing administration support in a busy environmentExcellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, OutlookHighly motivated and a desire to learnAbility to maintain accurate records and analyse dataExcellent spoken and written communication skillsTo Apply:If you have a genuine passion for supporting and uplifting others, your outstanding future at Autism Anglia could be moments away.
