CRM Manager
Contract: Part-Time, Permanent (38.75 hours per week)
Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire (Hybrid, 3 days office 2 from home)
Salary: £70,000 - £78,000 per annum

We believe in continually improving our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients, and as part of this, we are seeking an experienced and driven CRM Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
As the CRM Manager, you will be instrumental in the development and execution of a robust CRM system that enhances our customer relationships and marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention, re-marketing additional services, and supporting new customer acquisition. Initially, this role will operate as a solo contributor, with the potential to grow the CRM function as the business function expands.
What your day-to-day will look like with us…
CRM Development and Implementation:
Assist Dignityy in the design, implementation, and management of a CRM system from scratch that is aligned with the company’s goals.
Work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and ensure the CRM meets departmental needs.
Identify and integrate appropriate CRM technologies and platforms.
Data Management and Analysis:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
Establish processes for capturing and analysing customer data to generate actionable insights.
Segment customer data to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns.
Marketing Strategy Execution:
Create and execute CRM marketing strategies to drive customer retention and engagement.
Assist in the development of marketing initiatives to cross-sell and up-sell additional services across our product range.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to align CRM activities with broader business objectives.
Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on CRM usage and benefits.
Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:
Set KPIs for CRM activities and regularly report on campaign performance and ROI.
Leverage data insights to continually refine and optimise CRM strategies.
What we are looking for…
Proven experience in a CRM-focused role, ideally in a B2C environment.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and technologies; experience in selecting and implementing new platforms is highly desirable.
Exceptional data management and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing customer retention and acquisition initiatives.
Comprehensive knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations in the UK.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with stakeholders across all levels.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve objectives
