An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Panel Beater with 2 years' experience in light motor vehicle maintenance & repair to join a well-established vehicle repair centre. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £18 - £23 per hour for 42.5 hours' work week.
As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring vehicle protection measures are implemented during repairs.
- Updating job progress on internal systems and maintaining accurate time records.
- Performing quality control checks throughout the repair process.
- Safeguarding and appropriately storing displaced parts and equipment.
- Using approved tools, parts, and materials to complete repairs.
- Cleaning and maintaining the work area and equipment after use.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, Bodyshop Technician, Body Technician or in a similar role.
- At least 2 years' experience in light motor vehicle maintenance & repair.
- Welding certification.
- Ideally hold a ATA accreditation.
- Valid UK driving licence.
