Your impact:
As the Quality Assurance Lead, you'll be at the heart of maintaining and improving teaching, learning, and assessment quality.You'll ensure that all programmes meet government and organisational standards, exceeding national benchmarks and enhancing learner experiences.

Develop and Implement Frameworks: Create and oversee quality practices that align with Ofsted, ESFA, and contractual requirements.
Lead Quality Improvements:Conduct observations, provide feedback, and drive teaching and learning improvements to outstanding levels.
Monitor Performance:Use data analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support Compliance: Ensure that all delivery meets legal, contractual, and quality standards.
Champion Professional Development: Design and deliver CPD initiatives to enhance staff skills in teaching, assessment, and quality assurance.
Collaborate and Influence: Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote a shared culture of quality improvement.
Drive Consistency: Lead quarterly standardisation meetings to ensure consistent delivery across programmes.
Prepare for Success: Support the organisation in achieving a positive Ofsted outcome and maintaining compliance with awarding body assessments.
