What You’ll Do
🎨 Lead the creation and execution of a cohesive design strategy across product, brand, and marketing.
📱 Design intuitive, beautiful, and impactful user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
🤝 Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
💡 Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
📊 Leverage user insights and data to continuously refine and optimize designs.

✔️ Proven leadership experience in managing design teams within start-ups or fast-paced environments.
✔️ Mastery in UX/UI design, visual design, and brand strategy.
✔️ A strong portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centred designs across multiple platforms.
✔️ A strategic thinker who combines creative vision with business acumen.
✔️ Proficiency in tools like Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with design systems.
