Our small but perfectly formed recruitment team supports managers from all over Northamptonshire Children's Trust with their hiring and onboarding.  If you enjoy variety, love people and are able to offer exceptional customer service this is a great opportunity!

This role is based in One Angel Square and offers a great blend of office-based collaboration and some flexibility to work from home.

What will you be doing?
You will administer the complete recruitment process from advert through to Induction using relevant technologies to deliver a customer-focused service.
 Supporting hiring managers, employees, and candidates with accessing and using the recruitment system.
You will offer advice and guidance on the recruitment process, signposting relevant policies, procedures, and practices.
Managing the progression of allocated recruitment roles, addressing any delays or issues with the appropriate hiring manager..
You will establish effective working relationships with hiring managers, key stakeholders, and colleagues.
Contribute to the ongoing development of recruitment systems and procedures to ensure statutory compliance and continuous service improvements.
You will provide a confidential service by minuting interviews and hearings of employee relations cases.
 Support the wider team with business support maintaining structures, workforce approvals and more

About youYou are educated to GSCE level C or equivalent in English and Maths and are confident using MS packages including Word and Excel. 

You have previous experience in recruitment or administrational support.

You are comfortable taking minutes and working within a confidential environment

You have excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills that ensure you always offer the very best service
