As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries from potential and existing customers and maximising the product range to suit their needs. You will also produce quotations and perform online administration tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. Moreover, you will build rapport with business owners and key decision makers and establish long-term and profitable relationships with them. To succeed in this role, you will need to achieve key KPIs and promotional activity and demonstrate a high level of customer service and communication skills.
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
* Previous B2B Customer Service experience (Essential)
* Ideally living within 30 mins of CH62 3PL
* Good standard of numeracy and literacy
* Online admin experience
