You wont just be sitting at a desk, you’ll be working closely with culinary and marketing team’s creating exciting food and beverage offers, launching new retail outlets and introducing innovative third-party concessionaires. If you are a self-motivated, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same this could be your next role, all you have to do is submit your application!What you’ll doIdentify potential partner brands and collaborate with the food platform to create commercial partnerships.Ensure adherence to company accounting practices, carrying out weekly business forecasts to track budget performance.Analyse account variances and trends with Operations Directors, implementing action plans as needed.Ensure compliance with Sodexo’s Food Safety, Health & Safety policies, and Safeguard audit standards.Control retail costs and expenditure in line with budget, optimise supplier use, and maximise labour productivity.Continuously enhance quality through innovation, monitoring performance against standards and ensuring compliance with SLAs.Ensure full compliance with legislation and trading standards requirements for retail units.Liaise with external catering partners to ensure alignment with the Sodexo brand.Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu offers across departments.Lead sales bids and retail mobilisations, ensuring they are completed on target and on time.What you’ll bringTrack record of identifying third party partners and developing commercial partnershipsManagement of multiple million pound profit and loss accounts, and budgetsHigh level of commercial acumenDeveloping and implementing Retail strategyStrong retail background operating multiple sites with a national retailerDesign and Implementation of Retail SOP’sFull awareness of marketing tools and up-to-date industry initiatives to drive additional Retail salesOperational knowledge, skills and experience in Retail Management to a world-class standardExperience of client liaison at a high-level Excellent communication skills internally and externally at all levelsResilience to manage multiple tasks and prioritisationSelf-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environmentAbility to interpret and utilise financial and commercial informationWhat we offerWorking with Sodexo is more than just a job.
