We are actively seeking a MICE Sales Executive / Events Creator for the Exclusive Collection to help design and create bespoke and personalised meetings and events proposals for our Corporate Clients, in order to assist in the delivery of the meetings and events budgets group-wide for each of our Exclusive properties.

Main ResponsibilitiesLots to do but lots of fun
Look after Corporate enquiries managing bookings from the initial enquiry stage, through the conversion process to receipt of signed contract
Support the Event Creation Team on proposal writing, issuing contracts and logging all turn down enquiries
Assisting, when needed, conversion whilst maintaining a professional, efficient, friendly and outstanding level of service
Identify all sales opportunities and pass on leads to the Sales Management Team when necessary
Demonstrate a level of diary and rate management for all enquiries you are responsible for
