As a Senior Spa Receptionist, you will be passionate about delivering professional, efficient and exceptional guest service at all times and will possess strong organisational skills.
This role sits at the hub of The Spa, you will be an important first contact for our guests using our spa facilities, and one of your key responsibilities is to ensure the customer journey throughout the spa is executed to a high standard and you train the reception team to deliver the same standards.
We do operate seven days a week so you must be flexible with your availability and prepared to work a variety of shifts (including start times of 6.00am and close times of 10.00pm).

Optimise the Guest Journey to ensure they have the best experience possible.
To maintain grooming standards of The Spa reception team.
Drive the reception team to maximise revenue-generating opportunities.
Assisting the FOH Manager managing the IT systems relating to spa reception.
Alongside the FOH Manager, training and develop the team.
Carrying out Spa Health & Safety training and ensure all spa personnel are up to date.
Managing reception paperwork and filling.
The Ideal CandidateAre you right for us?
Our successful Senior Spa Receptionist will be/ have:
Experience within a supervisory role
Experience at a similar level within a 4/5 star property.
Previous experience with Reception and Reservations Property Management systems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Taking responsibility for guests' enquiries and challenges
Excellent communication
People management and enthusiasm for learning and development.
High personal standards for self and for team.
