As a Student Services Officer, you will be at the forefront of enhancing student experiences at our college. You will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of our students while managing key aspects of their academic journey. From overseeing attendance and progression monitoring to facilitating event planning and logistics, your role is crucial in delivering effective student support services. Additionally, you will assist students with enrolment, housing, and welfare support, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to thrive at the University of Twente.
Hours of Work: 32 hours per week , FTC 5 months - Maternity cover
Student Services Officer Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience in customer service or front-of-house roles, preferably in a Dutch educational context.
* Understanding of Dutch higher education and a commitment to student-centred learning.
* Ability to manage diverse workloads and perform well under pressure.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is an asset.
