Regional Facilities Manager - NorthUp to £50,000 per annum plus company car / allowanceMonday to Friday role, although will need to meet business requirements which include 24/7 sites. We are looking for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our team to oversee multiple sites within a single contract covering the M62 and M69 corridor. There are 32 locations within the scope of the role. Services include: Security, Cleaning, Reception, Mailroom, Logistics and Supplier Management. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Understand and deliver all contractual terms within the contractDevelop and maintain client relationshipsConduct monthly and quarterly reviews (MBR & QBR) with Client ManagementAction plans are completed following internal FM audits and QSM audits.Ensure that services are as per agreed levelsFull finance accountability, including monitor and manage margin performance across all units to meet required standards operationally and within the required budget performanceEnsure budgets are understood and achieved my yourself and your teamsEnsure all costs are managed effectively within budget, all additional services requested are fully costed and revenue recovered through correct use of the variable invoicing on the HelpdeskEnsure that the end of period review and amend is conducted in a timely manner accuratelyImplement all relevant HSE procedures within each unit and review them as appropriateEnsure that all HSE incidents are correctly reported and investigated with relevant reviews of work proceduresSupport the planning and implementation of any strategy of growth and retention of new and existing business through the development of long-term account plansEnsure contract is compliant and run commercially in line with net growth and retention targetsAbout You:EssentialA minimum of 3 years’ experience at a middle multi - site management level, delivering and managing cleaning and security services with an exceptional knowledge of these industriesProven track record in managing clients and developing portfoliosDriving License due to nature of the roleSIA Licence holder (or able to qualify)IOSH AccreditationDesirableNEBOSH AccreditationAbout Us:Integrated facilities management services with a purpose.
