We are currently looking for an Academic & Student Services Coordinator to join our busy team in Chelmsford!
As the Academic & Student Services Coordinator, you will be a vital member of our Academic and Student Services team. Your role will involve managing the administrative aspects of the student academic life cycle, including assessment coordination, student support, attendance monitoring, and finance administration. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure our students receive the highest level of service and support, helping them to succeed in their studies and beyond.
Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (office-based with hybrid working possible post-probation).
Academic & Student Services Coordinator Requirements:
* University level qualifications or at least two years of relevant experience.
* Experience in a busy customer-oriented environment.
* Strong communication skills to engage with a diverse student body.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player.
