Season your career as an Senior Office Co-OrdinatorWe\'re recruiting an experienced Office Co-Ordinator who is friendly, adaptable and can confidently manage general administrative duties for 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.Here\'s an idea of what your shift pattern will be:Mon: Full-time (Days)Tues: Full-time (Days)Weds: Full-time (Days)Thurs: Full-time (Days)Fri: Full-time (Days)Here\'s what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:Act as the first point of contact for staff and guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.Manage front-of-house spaces, ensuring they are presentable and always welcoming.Support the coordination of workplace events and meetings, ensuring appropriate setups are in place.Ensure that all office and meeting room areas are clean, stocked, and in good condition, reporting any maintenance needs.Ensure requests are handled in a timely manner.Set up and maintain event spaces, including arranging refreshments, seating, and equipment as necessary.Assist with logistical planning for office events, meetings, and functions, ensuring all needs are met.Provide front-of-house support during events, ensuring guests are welcomed and any requests are promptly addressed.Coordinate regular orders and deliveries to maintain adequate stock levels.Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance or service requests.Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports for the facilities team.Assist with health and safety compliance by ensuring that safety equipment is maintained, and procedures are followed.Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.Provide ad-hoc administrative support for projects and other needs as required by the facilities team.About you:    EssentialOne year of customer-facing experience in a similar role Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.Good IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft office.Show flexibility in adapting to various work practices and demands.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.A proactive approach to problem-solving and handling requests.Understanding of AV equipment and support needs.    IdealFirst aid trained (we will provide training if required.)Fire marshal trained (we will provide training if required.)As part of Compass you\'ll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
