Do you have the skills and experience to engage and build positive trusting relationships with parents, children and young people to inspire them to make positive changes and improve life opportunities?   

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to join our hard-working teams.   

You will be based in one of our Children’s Centres in the North of the County

What will you be doing?You will be required to manage a caseload of families. This will include undertaking structured one-to-one family support work as a lead professional or a co-worker working alongside other professionals.

About youYou have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.  You must be able to write Assessments and support plans by building positive relationships with families    

You understand good practice and evidence-based interventions that will support positive change with children and their family  

You have a good understanding and experience of partnership working   

You are flexible and creative with the support you are able to offer to children and families  

You can work on your own initiative and as part of a team,   

You meet the qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience as required in the Job specification.
