Your impact:
In this impactful role, you will empower participants with the tools and confidence needed to secure employment and achieve stability in life. Your daily contributions will shape lives and strengthen communities.

Participant Engagement: Identify and engage eligible participants, ensuring programme inclusion and accessibility.
Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct detailed assessments, including Mental Health evaluations, to develop personalised action plans.
Caseload Management:Provide intensive one-on-one support for a small caseload of participants.
Delivering Workshops: Facilitate employability and mindset courses to improve confidence in tenancy management, money management, and employability skills.
Housing Support:Provide benefits and housing advice, assist with housing applications, and liaise with Waltham Forest's housing team.
Job Readiness:Prepare participants for employment through CV writing, job applications, and interview coaching.
Mental Health Support:Use your Mental Health First Aid training to support participants emotionally.
Sales Activities:Drive business development and reverse marketing efforts to secure job opportunities and employer partnerships.
Storytelling:Create and share monthly success stories to illustrate programme achievements.
KPI Achievement:Achieve measurable goals, including engaging a minimum of 50 participants, completing workshops with 85%, and helping at least 45% secure employment.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive support.
Tracking and Reporting:Monitor progress, track outcomes, and ensure accurate data management and compliance.
