As the College Director Principal, you will be at the helm of our strategic vision and operational optimisation. Your role will see you develop and execute plans that enhance student recruitment and support, ensure academic quality, and foster a collaborative environment among staff and students alike. You will lead, inspire, and sustain a high-performing team while managing day-to-day operations, finance, and compliance in line with regulatory frameworks and Navitas values. Hours of Work: Full-time, 12 month FTC, with the potential to move to permanent
Salary: circa ?95k plus Bonus
College Director Principal Requirements:
* Degree level qualification
* 5+ years leadership experience, preferably in an HE or similar environment.
* Experience of working in a regulated environment requiring high level of compliance
* A track record of setting, responding to, and successfully delivering challenging performance targets through robust quality management procedures.
* Proven ability to grow an organisation while retaining quality in its core provision and services.
* Proven ability to apply commercial rigor and business acumen to decision-making.
Desirable:
* Master's-level qualification
* Experience of successfully developing and sustaining key relationships both internally and externally.
* Knowledge of the Dutch Higher Education Sector
* High level of commercial acumen, with the ability to manage resources, scrutinise finances, and address risk for the College.
* Experience in working in the international student pathway sector.
