In this role you will take on a diverse role where you'll be responsible for supporting and delivering colleague inductions and facilitating a range of learning sessions, including GDP and manual handling. You'll also play a key part in supporting our Warehouse Excellence team by assisting with delivering important projects. The heart of the roleDeliver impactful operational onboarding, induction, and skills training for new starters, while spearheading refresher and multi-skilling programs to empower employees.Develop and refine detailed, high-quality training materials, ensuring they are thoroughly tested, approved, and meet the highest standards to support business excellence.Stay at the forefront of training advancements, using industry insights to craft innovative solutions that align with the evolving needs of the business.
