As our Principal or Senior Engineer, you will be in a senior role within the development team, providing a high quality and inspirational contribution to the team. The development team has a wide and varied role which supplies specialist engineering support to the technical function.We expect that you will have worked previously in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry. The seniority level of the job role will depend upon your experience and qualifications.Key Responsibilities To work closely with the engineering teams, preparing high quality images, drawings and documentation that both assists and enhances the output across the entire department. Providing support and guidance to other team members and developing systems/processes that maintain consistency throughout. Expert or advanced user in AutoCAD and Revit, and able to offer mentoring and guidance to other technicians.Undertake specific project work as necessary and be able to manage own workload and the work of others effectively.Lead on innovation, take responsibility for developing best practices for efficient software use and new ways of working..
