Levy UK is seeking a dynamic Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Cardiff City FC.As part of Levy, the market leaders in delivering world-class hospitality and catering, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the retail operations at this iconic venue, with 34 retail bars and kiosks – employing up to 200 staff on a full match day across 23 home league fixtures plus internationals and other large scale events.From matchdays to special events, this is your opportunity to lead and innovate in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Retail Operations: Assist in overseeing all aspects of retail food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to company standardsTeam Leadership: Support the recruitment, training, and management of a motivated retail team.
