As a Foreign National Administrator at HMP Peterborough, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and helping maintain vital support systems.From managing records to producing insightful reports, you’ll play a key part in ensuring everything runs like clockwork while working alongside a dynamic and supportive team.This is your chance to take on a rewarding challenge and grow your career in an environment where no two days are the same!Experience and knowledge:Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.Reporting: Assist in producing reports and identifying trends from data.Filing Systems: Monitor and update filing systems, ensuring secure and efficient storage.Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks to support the Manager and ensure the function runs efficiently.Collaboration: Work with colleagues and external partners to support the smooth running of the prison.Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Other Duties: Support other administrative functions as required, including staff rotation and alternative rolesRequirements:Previous experience in a similar administrative role.Proficiency with IT systems and applications.Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.Strong organizational and planning skills.Health, social welfare, or voluntary sector experience is desirable but not essential.Knowledge of the English legal system is desirable but not essential.
