As an Admissions Officer, you will be at the heart of our admissions function for Navitas Europe, collaborating with team members to manage international student applications through defined processes and systems. You will ensure a timely response to applications in line with our service level agreements and conduct thorough assessments based on the latest admissions criteria. Your role will involve maintaining regular communication with agents, students, and regional teams, executing student interviews efficiently, and nurturing productive relationships with various stakeholders, including our University Partner and agents. You will play a pivotal role in achieving both individual and team targets, contributing to our mission of providing stellar customer service.
Hours of Work: Full-Time, with flexible working options including the ability to work from home.
Salary: �23,750 to �27,450 per annum (pro rata)
Fixed term contract - 6 months
Admissions Officer Requirements:
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Proficient in computer literacy, particularly with Outlook.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
* A team player with a "can-do" mentality, resilient, and respectful of diverse cultures.
